Whether you’re planning an event for your organization such as a school or church, or a more intimate celebration including anniversaries, weddings, birthdays and more, Taco Genius is ready to cater your party.
We specialize in catering for groups of 500 or more. While we provide our services to groups ranging in size from 50 – 1,000, we have the experience in large group catering and can efficiently and cost-effectively provide our taco man experience or other catering options for any event.
At Taco Genius, we offer special discounts to churches and schools for large catering events such as church picnics, school luncheons and college/university events.
Taco Genius is not only a “taco man” style caterer, but we offer various traditional Mexican dishes such as Carne Asada, Quesadillas and Bacon-Wrapped Hot Dogs as well as other types of catering menus, including Barbecue, Italian, Hawaiian and more. We also provide desserts, coffee and beverages for any catering menu. We handle party planning from start to finish, including rentals, bartenders and more.
Our menu options include the full taco man experience with a selection of meats, rice, beans, chips and salsa and all the fixings. But we provide many more options for any event.

I can't say enough about David Munoz and Taco Genius! The food was absolutely fantastic! You can REALLY taste the difference in the quality of meats they use - I've used and eaten at other Taco Caterers and none of them even comes close to Taco Genius! They were right on time, and set up a beautiful serving area...they bring their own canopy so I didn't have to worry about them being in the hot sun. We also ordered cheese enchiladas (they come with green sauce, not red) and bacon wrapped hot dogs and those were gobbled up first! I highly recommend adding these extras to your catering order. Delicious! People were going back for seconds and even thirds! And when all is said and done, they wrap everything up and leave the left overs with you to enjoy after the party. If you are even considering hiring a taco caterer, THIS is the company you want to use! And they are very reasonably priced! GO with TACO GENIUS!
