We used Taco Genius for a recent traffic control seminar we hosted. We had 75 traffic and construction professionals, and after a full day of classroom work, they were hungry. Taco Genius' tacos were the best we have ever had and received some high compliments from most of the staff members. They provided all the beverages, sides, tables, chairs, linens and decorations for the post-class reception and we were extremely happy with the qualify of service and price.

I am so happy with Taco Genius. They catered my husband’s birthday and retirement party for 85 people. Service arrived on time, set up quickly and efficiently, and guests were served in a timely manner. Leftovers were boxed up and left for us. All the guests enjoyed the food very much. I can't say enough about David Munoz and Taco Genius! The food was absolutely fantastic! You can REALLY taste the difference in the quality of meats they use - I've used and eaten at other Taco Caterers and none of them even comes close to Taco Genius! They were right on time, and set up a beautiful serving area...they bring their own canopy so I didn't have to worry about them being in the hot sun. We also ordered cheese enchiladas (they come with green sauce, not red) and bacon wrapped hot dogs and those were gobbled up first! I highly recommend adding these extras to your catering order. Delicious! People were going back for seconds and even thirds! And when all is said and done, they wrap everything up and leave the left overs with you to enjoy after the party. If you are even considering hiring a taco caterer, THIS is the company you want to use! And they are very reasonably priced! GO with TACO GENIUS!
